lay off without 30 days notice

hello i need help with this situation
i was transferred from egypt to the Philippines for work
i agreed to a contract as a regular and permanent employee
what happened was that i have a tourist visa so far for 10m
no body was able to provide me with information about the status om my working paper that was starting october 6th 2013 up till today i had a meeting with the hr tellibg me that they will send me home within 15 days and the reason is that they cant process the papers
and the will give a 2 month compensation for the inconvenience  
i wanna know what is the case if i wanna sue them will it take a long time to get this done
should i accept and thats it
or if sued them will i get more compensation??
knowing that the still hiring new employees and its a multinational company who kept me working for 11 month now and withheld taxes for the government

Who hired you initially - is it an egyptian company that put up a branch in the philippines?

its a multinational company which has several branches allover the world and they ended my contract in egypt and got me here with a new contract to work as a regular employee
its a call center company
so its the company who hired me and its listed on my contract that ill be a regular one
