Accident at Gold's Gym

Ask ko lang po kung ano pwede ko gawin na action against my fitness provider, Gold's Gym (New Manila). Yesterday po nalapnos yung binti ko sa steam room dahil po sa nakausli na heater or metalk na maainit dun sa loob. There are no any signs of warning or precautions posted. I even took some pictures after the accident to make sure na wala talaga naka post dun. They never apologized. At ginawa nilang first aid to my (probably) 2nd degree burn was just betadine and gasa. They offered naman to bring me to the hospital but I refused na kasi I have work and ayaw ko ma-hassle. I didn't know nas magiging painful pala sya. how will I go about this situation po? I contacted their head office kagabi pero guard lang ata nakasagot so kinuha name ko and contact number. sabi po tatawagan po ako today, but never received a call. I'm going to sue GOLDS GYM. I was traumatized and I really felt bad dahil sobrang pangit ng sugat sa binti ko. Nakakahiya. Hirap ako magalakad kasi mahapdi sya. Please help me. I told them that I will definitely take legal action against then if this will not be dealt accordingly.
