Arresto Menor

Hi everyone,

Nakabangga kasi ako ng school bus with a green plate, sobrang liit lang ng damages.

then sabi ko aregluhin nalang. so after 2 weeks i recieved a letter from an attorney na humihingi ng 19k for the damages. then i searched for the address and telephone number na nakalagay sa letter, then ibang business yung lumabas. and wrong plate number yung nakalagay sa letter, then i told him na mali yung ginagawa nya. then yesterday tumawag yung may ari ng school bus humihingi nalang siya ng 5k for the payment. diba bawal po yung ginawa nila? thanks for the help
