I need your advice regarding our company, plano po na isara ang company this december 2014 and open a new one on Jan 2015. My question, are we entitled to a Separation Pay? Dun sa bubuksan na company same employee pa rin po wala namang tinatanggal, by december mag file daw kami ng resignation and submit resume on Jan 2015 for the new company. Pano po yung services na binigay namin sa OLd company?

wala po kaming PAG-IBIG, and nalaman nya na on Jan 2015 hindi na magbibigay ng Buss Permit sa mga company na walang PAG-IBIG, kung mag reregister sya ang babayaran nya since ng mag start (1994) ang company + penalty so naisip nya na kesa magbayad sya ng ganung kalaki much better na i-close nya na lang. Pero hindi nya idedeclase ang stop operation basta parang missing in action na lang ang mangyayari..
