Arresto Menor

Good day!

Got a loan fr Tongyang Savings Bank when i was still emplpoyed. When i lost my job i was not able to pay the remaining balance. Bp 22 was filed against me. After several court heArings u was able to settle the amount charged against me..only a portion of the said loan was filed against me...just now o received a notice fr them demanding for a sum of money but this time my husband is included in the said case/complaint...should my husband be included in this case where in fact i was the only one who applied for the loan...thank you for your attention on this.
