Arresto Menor

I was offered an investment opportunity and invested 75k on April 2012 and I am getting interest bi-monthly with a return of capital on 30 August 2012. However, after getting the interests due until June 2012, the person is now untactable and disappeared from Facebook.

Can I file a estafa case against her while I am here abroad? I need your expert advice please.
