Arresto Menor

I was given a memorandum, informing me I am under a 30 day suspension effective the next day. 9 reasons were written in the memo. 3 reasons were minor but I admit true but the other 6 were really false heavy allegations. I was suspended unable to explain or say anything to defend myself. I feel those allegations broke my dignity. I haven't even received any warnings prior to that memorandum. Is that suspension legal? What should I do?

I hope you could give me advice. Thank you!

Arresto Menor

The memo was written in Visayan language Sir. Should I translate it? I'll post it as soon as I can. My father has it. It was my father who was suspended. I wanted to do something, so I've searched for anything that could help. Thank you for the reply Sir!
