Hi i am a HR Specialist with a job grade of 4.
After 5years of working as a HR Specialist, my boss wanted me to handle recruitment but i refuse.
Instead I applied/transferred to other department as underwriting assistant job grade 2.
My transfer is lateral with my benefits and salary, but they want to degrade my job grade position from 4 to 2.
Is this legal?
