Question lang po. 2009 hanggang ngayon im earnig lets say 30k a month. Now yung acct namin nag babawas ng tao lets say perfermance din ang basis nila sa selection process. Now yung mga ma aalis ay malilipat ng ibang account with less pay. Is it legal? Thanks!

since you will only be transferred into other departmet, you should be receiving same salaries/benefits

Well technicaly ibang acct na po yung lilipatan totally different client pero same company... Bpo po kasi isang company different client so may sinusunod silang range ng salary depende sa account. Tama pa rin po ba finagawa nila?

imo, that is unlawful unless you are a project employee for the previous account and you were considered terminated and then rehired for the new account.

Thanks! Another contract that they are offering will be the same package from your previous account but will only last for the remainder of the year. So when the year ends they will be getting the same package as the new account offers. Valid?
