Good day..

Pang2nd po ako s 4 n mgkakapatid..bata pa lng kmi ay iniwan n kmi ng father nmin at nambabae ngaun my pamilya n xa sa tuguegarao.napalaki nmn kmi ng nanay nmin dahil s hirap at sakripisyo nya sa pag aabroad..ngaun po nhihirapan n po sya sa pagpapaaral s mga 2 q pang kapatid..gusto po sana nmin iobliga ung father namin n mapagtapos nmn po sana ny ung 2 png kapatid q kahit sila n lng..hirap po kc kmi ngaun at naaawa ako s mama q...please give me some legal advice thank u..

Magsend ka ng demand letter through your lawyer na humihingi ng support ang mga kapatid mo. Pag ayaw magbigay, pwede kang magfile ng petition sa korte para macompel magbigay ang father mo.

Salamat po....if ever magkano po kaya magagastos nmin kung mghanap pa kmi ng lawyer?at s pagfafile sa court salamat po malaking bagay tong advice mo skin

Pasensya na at hindi ako makakapagsabi ng amount dahil iba-iba yan. Sa ngayon gumawa ka ng list ng mga needs at gastusin ng mga kapatid mo para may basis kayo kung magkano ang support na kailangan nyo. Alamin mo na rin kung magkano ang income ng father nyo dahil icoconsider nyo rin yan. God bless
