HomeAsk ko lang if what would happen if my employer does not withheld any taxes, sss, pag ibig during probi period? Am i still required to file it? If wont file, how will the bir know i am not filing it?

you are required to file it. your company will be penalized.. you might be charged for tax evasion for intentional failure to file and pay income tax due. ;D but if your not vip, i dont think bir cares. heehhe

during those period of employment, you are considered as employee to them. thus, there obligation to withhold the tax.
