Hi,

I would like to inquire if the employee is on probationary status , is she is entitled with Holiday Pay? When does "no work no pay" take effect? What was the exemptions on not providing holiday pay to employees?

Employees who are on leave of absence without pay on the day immediately preceding a regular holiday may not be paid the required holiday pay if he has not worked on such regular holiday.
