Pano po talaga ang tamang computation? Sa company kc namin iba ang kanilang computaion. Sa OT Rate, 1.4 instead of 1.3 gamit namin if weekends tapos 1.6 instead of 1.5 nman sa weekends. We have this computations since ala din kaming night differential.
Sa factor na gamit, pinapili daw kasi sila before kung 30 days computation o increase. Yun yung history, kaya lang gusto baguhin ng bagong management ngaun.
