Hi. Need ko lang po ng opinion nyo, yung Huband ko po ay 5 years nang Contructual Employee ng isang GOCC. Meron naman po syang Eligibility ng Civil Service both sub-pro at pro. Nag-aapply sya ngayon for regularization, pinangakuan sya na within a year daw baka maregular na sya. Tinatakot pa sya ng boss nya na hindi daw e-renew contract nya kasi 8-5 lang sya madalas pumapasok, gusto ng boss nya 8-7 at pati Saturday kailangan pumasok sya. Ngayon pinapagawa sya ng kasulatan na nangangakong mag oovertime sya araw-araw at pati Saturday. Ang sahod po nya ay minimum, payslip nya 3-4k every 10-25. Syempre as a wife ayoko ng ganun. Wala na ngang time sa family kulang pa sahod. I hope you guys understand.
Ang tanong ko, tama lang ba na magiging basehan ng overtime sa pagrenew ng contrata? Eh kung tutuusin mag madami pa syang nagagawang trabaho sa 8-5 nya compare sa mga regular na nagtatrabaho ng 8-7.
