thank god i found this forum.my i ask for your advice atty.? i hve been working for this prîvate manpower agency for 6years and was detailed at a govt office as admin staff.my cońtrct with this govt office ended last feb 2013.my private manpower agency has not provided me ańother job so i decided to leave.they askd me to file a resignation with them which i did.aftr almost 2 mos of waiting for my quitclaim, i jst recently knw that i will only be receiving a total of 7k. i stil have 5 days vction leav that i havnt used aftr i fild for resgnation.i dnt knw if they incorporated it with the 7k or not. my question is that is the 7k good enough as my backpay as cńtractual for 6 years? please enlighten me Atty. thank u so much.

it's hard to answer your question without looking at your contract. but since you resigned, then you are not entitled to separation pay

my contract for 6 years with the private agency is renewal basis. every year my contract is renewed. so the 7k i will be receiving is good enough for my 6 years of service Atty?
