Arresto Menor

A neighbor who's renting a unit across our own house says we are blocking her drive way and her "right of way". (We parked our car in front of our house) Now the neighbor wants us to park somewhere else or move the car forward which will block our door gate and neighbor's driveway. Please help me if I'm wrong or not because the neighbor is threatening to take it up with the local barangay for resolve.
