Hi,
We rented a house in the metro.
Upon signing the contract the owner (well its actually the husband) promissed to remove his old car from the driveway. That was 2 months ago now. He doesnt respond to our requests in this matter and said before that the car will not run anymore.
What can we do about that? Is that reason for pretermination of the contract? If so...how?
Also we might like to terminate the contract normally. The contract states that such should be done in writing. But we dont have an address to send it to because the husband of the owner collects the rent in person. Sure we can hand it over to him when he comes but is that the way to do it? Because he can schred it if he wants..
