Our car was parked inside the property and then a couple of days ago i notice some cement sticking in the side of our car and in windows. the cement has dried up and if removed will live some scratches.
who is liable for the damage the owner or the carpenter? the carpenter has no means to pay the damage to our car. we would like to seek relief from the owner because he did not properly supervise her workers and did not put safety measures in constructing their apartment.
note: there is no contractor. the owner only hired a foreman and carpenters.
