Please advise what is the best thing to do regarding our very delayed Service Charge.
We work in a Hotel and I am able to monitor our occupancy and other receivables... I know we hit more than the expected 100% when it comes to sales/profit.
Can you sight what is the longest time an employer can hold service charge of employees according to the law?
What legal matters we can do to make them release our money because it is really taking its toll in our lives.... we rely on this when it comes to our daily cost of living and basic salary cannot suffice with all our daily needs.
