ask ko lang po,

ung bf ko kxe, nkabuntis ng ibang girl, then the girl filed a case which is the RA. 9262 dahil ayaw syang pakasalan ni bf at ung bata lang daw tlga ang susuportahan ni bf.. submitted na ung case sa court, my question is, kelan po kaya ung fisrt hearing nun?? .tsaka gaano po kya katagal ung whole process hanggan sa mabasa ung final decision ng judge??

kung ang eason ni babae sa pagpa-file ng case laban sa bf mo e dahil sa hindi siya pinakasalan, i don't think may mang-yayari sa kaso. she cannot force your boyfriend to marry her dahil lang sa nabuntis sya.
