kinasuhan kami ng kapitbahay namin ng child abuse dahil ngkaroon ng gulo dito smin dahil sa larong basketball and it happened na nandun ang anak nila na 15years old na hindi naman mismo ung bata ang kinompronta namin.ngaun meron na kami subpoena from ct hall hnd kz ngkasundo sa barangay.april 26 2013 pa po ito ngyari last lang po kami nakareceive ng subpoena from ct hall.ano po ba pwede namin gawin at kung magcocounter affidavit kami ano po ang pwede namin ilagay dahil para po samin hindi naman namin inano ung bata kaya nagulat po kami n sila ang ngkaso ng child abuse.specifically psychological abuse daw po.sana po mabigayan nyo po kami ng advice.9po kami na tao na kinasuhan.salamat po

only thing you can do is write what you believe actually happened. better if you have witnesses to support you.

I have a 19 year old daughter who is 7 months pregnant by a 47 year old man who keeps denying he is the father of the child. He is doing this to avoid giving support to my daughter. He is even saying that my daughter is already pregnant when they had sex. What can we do this monster? I want him to go to jail. Please help

ugly, if you have the resources, demand a dna test when the child comes.

no prob, the statements will be the basis for determination of probable cause. so yes.

Given the fact that your daughter is of legal age & that the man is 47 years old. If you decide to sue, the case will not prosper.

Di pwede po bang idemanda ng corruption of minor or seduction of minor ang nakabuntis sa anak ko? The fact na talagang yun lang ang aim niya, ang maisahan ang anak?
