Allowable po ba sa labor law pag nag resign ka sa isang employer e hindi ka pwede mag apply sa same field of work or sa competitor ng 2 years?

May bagong contract kasi kami pero ng hehesitate ako pirmahan dahil nakalagay po iyon sa bagong contract..

Pero ano po ba pwede mangyari if tumanggi ako pirmahan yan.. Kasi parang napaka unfair ng part na yun..

ask them first if they can remove that clause.. pag hindi pumayag.. at hindi ka pumirma.. eh di hindi ka nila kukunin..
