Hi!

I want to know the company's obligation when there are employees who meet accidents arising out of or in relation to the performance of work. I am not asking for the government-mandated ECC.

At the very least, they should bring you to a medical facility (clinic or hospital).

Yes, the company is responsible to bring the employee to the nearest medical facility. But the question is who is going to shoulder the expenses for hospitalization?
