Arresto Menor

My husband who drove a motorcycle accidentally hit a 72 years old woman who suddenly went to another side of the street. Both of them only sustained a minor injury. The woman did not use the nearest pedestrian lane and the light had a go signal for motorist. The motorcycle is owned by the company and is insured. The problem is the victim's family won't accept the insurance, instead they want to be paid with a specific amount which we could not afford and the company won't settle with them. What will happen now to my husband liscence? Will the police still had the legal right to hold my husband's liscence?
