im a new member here and i need some help..
i would like to ask.. if there are any expiration in deed of sale not notarized?
here is the case
i bought a car last may 31, 2014 , i made a deed of sale and a acknowledgement receipt amounted to the cash he receive as a full payment of the car i bought and he signed and he give all the needed papers for me to transfer the car registration under my name.. i have the OR/CR, ORIGINAL documents regarding the car and his photo copy of his valid ID and his TIN# (together of a picture of me giving him the money)...then on june 2, 2014 i go out of town and forgot to notarize our deed of sale and now im back in my town buts its already 1 week after i bought the car approx 7-8 days already and its saturday the city hall is close. so most probably i can process the notarization on monday.. approx 10-11 days after i bought the car..
here is my question..
is my deed of sale (still not notarize after approx 10 days)
can still be notarize? or already expires.
how many days does a deed of sale not notarize will be expire or be invalid?
all my concern is that if my deed of sale is already expired thus it is invalid, and the seller may take advancetage of that..
thank you in advance..
