Good Morning,

My brother in law have a vehicle under his name but he already died, we sell his vehicle the buyer asking for deed of sale. Can you give us an advise what is the procedure to prepare the deed of sale and also how much the fee for this.

Thanks and Best Regards

Ladie

I think the vehicle is considered as a personal property and the surviving spouse, probably with the children, can execute the deed of vehicle sale. Cost of notarial fee is not standardized, but probably you can go your local municipal/city hall legal department and can have the deed notarized with a minimal fee. I will send a private message to you for an example deed of vehicle sale.
