violation of my right to be treated well

May I be assisted on how to deal with the humiliation and very harsh treatment inflicted on me by a certain supervisor. She called me to report to her office to discuss a certain issue. While discussing the said topic, she never stopped shouting at me and kept on insulting me, accusing me of things out of her suspicion. What will be the procedure so I can invoke my right and be able to put the maltreatment into a stop. She is even a career executive service officer.Please help me go about the legal process not just for myself but for the integrity of public service and the practice of office courtesy.
