Arresto Menor

Magpapa-advice lang po. Kasi na carnap po yung motor ko and hindi pa tapos yung bayad dun sa casa. I was planning on not paying it anymore since wala na nga sa'kin yung motor. Now yung casa po eh naniningil na and I am not responding. Yung papel nung motor is wala sa pangalan ko kasi po repossessed lang siya. Anu po ba pwede kong gawin and if ever I pursue on not paying them what would be the consequences??
