Last pay Questions

Good day!
Nagwork po ako sa isang private company for 2 years, from April 2012 to April 2014. Nag resign po ako nung March 2014. Nakuha ko po 'yung last pay ko last week.

Anu-ano po ba ang mga dapat naka include sa last pay?

'yung computation po ba ng 13th month pay ko is from January 15, 2014 to my Last day? (Since nakareceive po ako ng 13th month nu'ng December 2012 and 2013)

Sa Form 2316 Item 42 po, From January 15, 2014 to My last day din po ba dapat ang computation?

Correct me if I'm mistaken, 'di po ba dapat mag start ang computation from April 2012 to April 2014?

Ang nasa Form 2316 ko po kasi, Lahat ng items computed from January 15, 2014 to April 2014. Tama po ba ito?

Dito nalang po ako nagdecide mag tanong kasi sa tingin ko hindi naman sinasagot ng tama ng company yung mga tanong ko sa kanila. And this is my first job.

Ano ang sagot sa iyo ng company?

Final pay is computed only for the current year (2014).

Taxes also computed for current year only.

You should have separate Form 2316 for other years.

I see. same rin naman po, sabi n'ya and computation current year only.

But hindi po sila nagbigay ng copy of Form 2316 for other years.

And lastly, ang laki po ng deduction nila from Globe Postpaid sa Personal Usage ko. Almost 12k and malaking bagay po sa'kin 'yun. Nag ask po ako ng Full Statement of Account or something na nagpapatunay na ganun nga ang bill ng Personal Usage ko, wala po silang mapakita and 'yung Latest Bill lang pinakita nila sa'kin which is almost 100 pesos only. Gusto ko sanang mabawi 'yung deduction na 'yun kaya lang mukhang hindi na possible.

Kausapin mo sila to dispute the final pay deduction. If they don't reply then complain sa DOLE for illegal deductions.
