for statutory rape, the girl has to be below 12 years old so that rape will apply.
sex with a woman above 12 and below 18 with consent is seduction.
sex with a woman against her will at any age is rape.

Is it possible that a woman be accused of statutory rape? It is very common that a girl below the age of consent is the victim is it possible that this could also happen vice versa. Can the guy file charges against the mature woman. thanks

yes, it is possible to charge her with rape if she inserted her finger, or object in the vagina or anus.
it may also be acts of lasciviousness, child abuse under ra 7610 or VAWC under ra 9262.

thanks.. here is the situation.. the girl is way older than the guy..the guy is 15 yrs old.. The girl just went into a relationship with a guy as a joke but later on she cant break up because he keeps on threatening her about killing himself. Now things got worse and the sister of the guy found out about it and start questioning the girl about statutory rape. She feels like threaten about this. Is it possible that the sister of the guy could file charges against the woman? thank you
