I am living with a married man for 10 years and we are thinking of marrying. Before marrying of course he needs to seek annulment. Will annulment be possible even if his ex wife does not approved of the annulment? Thanks

Impossible. Both of them must cooperate and must acknowledge that he or she is suffering from any grounds that could annul their marriage.

This depends what grounds he could seek! It's doesn't mean you are living together for 10 years that gives him right to annul his marriage to her, unless he has a valid ground then it will be possible.
