I would just like to know, I was previously married in the Philippines 17 years ago and I am a Australian citizen already , but I have recently divorced here in Australia, I want to know if my Australian "Divorced" title is valid in the Philippines as I wish to re-marry again in the Philippines.

Yes, you can validly re-marry here in the philippines.

If you were previously married in the Philippines, you need to have your divorce acknowledge first before you can marry again under Philippines law.

Unless you are married before outside Philippines jurisdiction then you are free to marry again in the Philippines.
