Hi

My name is Leony Ibañez, id like to ask a few questions about the process that needs to do when you are going to file an annulment and or legal separation, if what would be applicable. i have a new life now and would like to make it right so we want to legalize it as well, by getting married how ever i am still married to My former husband, we are not together anymore for almost 5 years now. we dont have a child.
what would be the first legal process to do?
we would like to get married as soon as possible..

first thing to do is to hire a lawyer. then let him/her handle the case. ofcourse kailangan nyo ng medyo malaking halaga. good luck
