hi, I just like to know if I can file an annulment to my husband. At first we are just living together then I got pregnant,so we got married. all along i knew he didn't have any child nor affairs, but to my surprise there is this girl bad mouthing me because of him. she really don't want to stop, then my husband confess that he have a child in the past and still supporting him. and then later on i discovered that everytime he went to the house of my in laws,he was really at the other woman's house. so everytime that we talk about it and the issues gets hotter he will beat me. so know I finally decided to file an annulment of our marriage. I'm currently in Singapore and our daughter is in his custody as I call everyday my daughter suddenly don't want to talk to me. so i really am bothered that maybe my in laws brainwashing my child, because I just send her here in SG and our relationship is ok. She just came back to the Phil. this december. please help me I really want to start a new life. thank you so much!
