Hi Sir,

Nagwowork po ko sa company na ito for more than a year. Working student po ako. Sa tatlong semester po na nagdaan, never ko naman po na neglect yung work ko, full time pa din ako and maganda naman record ko sakanila as far as I know. Nagfile po ako ng leave ngayong summer, kasi I really need to attend summer class para mas mabilis ang paggraduate ko. Pero inoffer ko po na magrereport ako sa work during weekends and holidays or basta walang pasok sa school.  Magiging per day nalang daw po ang bayad sakin dito dahil ilang days lang ang maiipasok ko sa isang cut-off plus hindi din daw ako entitled for holiday pay.  Sabi ng production head namin kakausapin nya daw po yung VP for operations to decide para dito.

Yung unang beses po na nagfollow up ako tungkol dito, according to our prod. head, sabi daw po ng VP for operations namin kung macocompensate daw yung work ko itototally off na nila ko until such time na matapos ang summer class. OR magresign nalang daw po ako then reapply.  ang dahilan po kasi nila eh dahil nabawasan yung client namin, kokonti lang ang jobs na dumadating. Sa part ko, hindi po pwede yun kasi pag nag-reapply ako sakanila, back to zero ako.

Legal po ba yung hindi nila pagbibigay ng holiday pay sakin if ever man na pasukan ko yun? At tama din po ba yung pinapagawa nila sakin na magresign although napirmahan na po yung letter ko ng leave of absence?

Ano po ang pwede kong gawin para dito?
