I inherited a rice farm but since i am an employee and incapable of tilling nor managing the land, i was advised to let someone do the all farming works, and in return, the farmer will pay me certain bags of palay every harvest.
Is this legal? although this, they say, is a common practice, somebody warned me of future tenancy problems.
what can i do to best protect my inheritance and at the same time make the land productive?
