Arresto Menor

gusto ko lang po magtanung kung what po kaso na pwedeng isampa sa EMPLOYER na pinahiya ang co worker niya in terms na may mga pinagawang mga hindi naman trabaho ng employee? This is case is already escalated to NLRC pero di nakapag settle yung company? This employees where given immediate resignation but not compensated?

this employees asked for immediate resignation w/c was automatically approved. But when asking for the compensation, moral damages company doesn't want to provide.

Wala talagang makukuhang moral damages and other compensation. Sa korte lang yan lumalabas.

Matatanggap lang nila yung dapat nilang makuha na kinita na nila.

Pag binigyan ng compensation and moral damages (kung pwede man), parang umamin na ang company na meron silang pagkakamali. And walang gagawa nun.
