Arresto Menor

i was humiliated by a superior. i didnt know what to do to resolve my customer's issue..and instead of helping me, the QA went to me and shouted at me. all the other employees were looking because her voice was so loud. is there anything i can do about it?

have you reported the matter to your superiors or HR? other than that, you can file a criminal case of unjust vexation.
