Good day to all,

napromote po ako from a service desk to a system technician in a BPO company last September 2013. Pero until now wala pa rin po akong narereceive na promotion increase. Iba ang basic rate namin sa mga kasama namin on the same position.
Ano po ba ang habol ng mga employees sa kanilang employer about promotion increase?

wala naman nakasaad sa labor code na pag ikaw ay napromote required ang Employer na bigyan ka ng increase. it depends naman kung tatanggapin mo yung offer na promotion kahit walang increase na ibibigay

have you asked your supervisor or manager about it?

there is no requirement for an increase for a promotion.

Ahhh, ganun po pala...
wala po bang provision na dapat meron salary base for a certain position?

kidding aside, unless there was something promised in writing you can't demand anything..

sa government lang may salary bracket..

sayang din kasi yung increase sa basic salary. pero kung wala talagang law for that...NGA NGA nlng pala kami....awts....
