My sister bought a car 4months ago in a car dealer.amounting of 600,000 and sabi ng dealer hindi daw flooded and after a month lumabas na mga sira ng car.We went to HONDA CASA (2 branches) and ang findings nila Flooded daw and car and they issued a letter
proving that the car is flooded.Now my sister want her money back but the dealer said we need to wait to re-sale the Car again..at nag hamon pa sya na kng hindi kami makakaantay,ready daw sya kahit mag demanda kami..and the sad part mukang gsto nya ibenta ang car ulit as "NOT FLOODED" condition gaya ng ginawa nya sa amin just to get the money...kindly help us give the best advise kasi matagal inipon ng sister ko yng pambili then maloloko lang ng mga car dealer gaya ng nabilan namin.,..
