pls help.. my friend bought a house paid the downpayment of 1 million pesos already.. but the property is being flooded which was misinformed to her(buyer) by the seller that told her "di to binabaha"
my friend even ask about ONDOY and said that the house itself was not affected only the road and streets outside :(
now my friend somehow regret that she bought the house, can she return it and get the downpayment? or can she ask to lower down the remaining balance due to cost of repairs of the house?
