Hi good evening , I would like to ask advice or help from anyone who knows this kind of situation.
4 days ago my mom got beaten by his brother in law. At first they're just arguing and it came to the point that my mom get pulled by my uncle in the hair and get many punches. So I ran to my uncle and push him and punch him and I was get punch too. Now my father told me if I can go to internet and search for any law that says that what can he do ? , cause he want to file a complaint. What is the right of the husband when his wife get beaten by his brother ?
