Hi Atty,

I would just like to know if there are legal provisions related to distribution of profile and contact information without the consent of the individual. For instance, I have a resume with me, then I would like to refer this person to a certain firm/company (because I will get incentives from it - referral system), what if the person finds it offensive and feels that it is inappropriate because his profile was distributed without his consent.

Do we have any legal provisions related to this matter?
