My wife filed a case against me for protection and financial support of our three kids. Temporarily the court granted and im giving them 20 k plus the school expenses of the kids. I doubted the paternity of our third child so i requested to have a DNA testing for the three of us and the results is negative means that i am not the father of our third child. I planned to file an adultery case. Is it possible to have me refunded what have been spend for the that kid like his school tuition fees and others? Many thanks
