My daughter was driving a motorcycle without a Driver's license. On Dec. 3, 2013, she accidentally bump the SUV van due to the present of PLDT Man Hole, sign board, which she did not notice at a distance, bump the left side of the handle bar which force to twist the motor cylce direction, encroaching the left lane and consequently bump the incoming SUV Van, passing the left lane towards the west direction. The PLDT man hole was usually with a steel cover, however, for almost a week, the man hole is not being cover every time work therein is ended. Can she sue PLDT for Damages resulting to Gross Negligence? Even though she is Driving without a Driver's License.
