We swapped our Jan 31, 2014 (Chinese New year) to April to enjoy long vacation. A particular employee tendered a resignation but already present during the release of the memo for the swapping of holiday. He did not come to office on the Jan 31, 2014 and he ask that he will be paid for that particular holiday since he can no longer enjoy it in april. Shall we pay him or not?
