ask ko rin yan pero ung video sa akin naghahalikan sila sa bahay ng babae. i guess matibay ng evidence na rin un ng pakikipagrelasyon nya sa iba. plus maraming pictures na magkasama sila intimately and in public, sana masagot po... thanks!

pictures don't speak by themselves. they need a witness toauthenticate them to become admissible as evidence.
the only way to find out is to file your case. better if you have more evidence. it has no chance of success unless you take the chance of filing a case.

paano at sino po mag authenticate para matanggap na evidence?
i already filed a case for him - ra9262. since mahirap iprove ang concubinage kya un po ang kinaso ko sa knya. nakaranas po ako ng lahat ng abuse sa knya lalo na mentally and emotionally. physically nasaktan nya ko nung twice ko sila nahuli. tinakot nya din ako na wala na ko matatanggap to the point na pinacut na nya atm ng sahod nya na nasa akin. pati mga anak ko natrauma sa knya lalo na ung 12 yr. old naming girl.
ask ko rin po na talaga bang matagal dumating ang subpoena?

paano po kung video scandal ng babae at lalaki na parehas may asawa, yung mismong babae at lalaki ang nagvideo ng sex nila, and may nakakuha ng video na yun. pwede bang magamit ng mga asawa nung babae at lalaki yun as evidence.
Di po ba pwede rin silang kasuhan ng concubinage maski hindi ibinabahay ng lalaki yung babae? 2 cases ang pwedeng i-file, adultery and concubinage. kasi may sex video, ibat ibat video.
ilang taon po ba ang kulong sa ganyan and bailable po ba yan?
