Case: We got married last April 10, 2010 and we hire a videographer, syempre we signed a contract for their video coverage service. Then, a year after (April 05, 2011 to be exact) I follow up again our video and paid them in full. Yung Contact Person namin doon, said to us (and we both agree) that he will send it na lang through shipping (LBC) because of our busy schedule sa work.
Sadly, lumipas ang ilang buwan kakafollow up until today (mag-two-two years na) hindi pa rin namin nakukuha ang wedding video namin, daming alibis (ganyang kahaba ang pasensya ko sa paghihintay). Then lately, we found out (and sabi ng contact person sa amin) na hindi na sya connected sa video company na iyon at nagresigned na siya. Ang isang pangproblema, i tried to call yung video company hindi na rin active ang landline number. I tried to get the updated contact number nung viceo company sa Contact person namin, pero sabi nya they "moving out" na -- i dont know kung ano ibig nya sabihin ( I suspect baka pa-dissolved na yung company) -- at personal number lang daw meron siya at hindi nya maibigay, email ko na lang daw. Siya na lang daw ang ko-contact to get our video. (The thing is, nung hindi pa nga sya resigned doon hindi namin makuha-kuha yung video eh di lalo na ngayon na wala siya doon!) I emailed them (video company) no replies until today.
Sino po kaya ang pede pa naming habulin dito? Paano kaya kung dissolved na yung Video Company? Ano po kayang kaso ang pede kong i-file? and Saan po kaya ako pedeng magfile ng kaso as my last resort. Nga pala, sa contract na pinirmahan namin yung CONTACT PERSON ang nakasigned sa kontrata representing the company.
PS: mostly ang means of communication lang namin ni Contact Person eh through Facebook (kaya nakasaved lahat ng conversations namin), and also through texting (kahit minsan hindi talaga nagrereply).
