It is legal for employer to fine employees a P50.00 penalty for coming in late for work? Please answer kasi gusto ko na ipa-labor ang boss namin dahil sa napakaraming irregularities. Thanks

Only the number of minutes late can be deducted to your payroll.
Is that deductions internally only?I mean your section only and HR does not know this?
If so that is illegal.
