Hi good day,
i was put under preventive suspension last Jan 14 2014 for violation of company's risk management, i sent out email ,, anyway a admit it was a mistake so now i am under preventive suspension, ...my question is since the suspension started Jan 14 2014 can i still get my Jan 15 2014 paycheck since the paycheck was from Dec 15 to 30 meaning before i have committed the said mistake...my employer told me that they will hold my paycheck can i file any legal matter with them?...thanks
